After the Forum held in Linz in 2016, a group of young enthusiasts, who were also organizers of the Forum, poured the idea of helping the homeland through the humanitarian organization “FOR LIFE”, based in Linz (Austria). The organization is headed by President Mr. Sabahudin Kostić and coordinator Mr. Muamer Ljubijankić.
In just one year of active work, they managed to gain the trust of a large number of Austrian citizens and successfully implement a large number of projects for those who needed help. In a short period of time, the Association has gathered over a hundred members and a large number of sponsors, BiH companies in Austria, but also foreign companies.
It is important to point out that in a relatively short period of time, these young activists managed to regain the trust of citizens in the diaspora and thus realize projects in the amount of more than 100,000 BAM in just one year.
The organization has helped over 30 families in many ways. It provided medicines for the seriously ill, equipped many students for the new school year, helped with knowledge competitions, built three family houses and repaired roofs for two houses, provided connections to the water supply network of socially disadvantaged families, and procured electric beds for the Cantonal hospital “Dr. Irfan Ljubijankić” in Bihać, which was destroyed in the fire, and the Health Center in Sanski Most.
